maybe add screenshots? at least an explanation of the game, how to play it and what playing it even involves?

This looks like a very nice game. I love everything about it. It's similar to the adventure program already in CC but with more… "Jazzed" up features. If you would allow it, I would love to use this in EnderOS as one of the games along with SkullPong. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Wow thanks! You can use it in EnderOS, I will be updating it tommorrow perhaps with more battle features. I will contact you once I have an update, but feel free to use it! I already got a new OS programmed myself, since I have been working in tekkit classic(switching soon!) I am going to start using adv. computers and such. It has easy functions, login, file system, AdventureCraft, the email is a bit meh, and you can send programs over rednet. I might post the code later tonight

Very cool! This reminds me a lot of the text based adventures I used to play when I was a kid and later make when I was a bit older. To that effect it would be great if there was a bit more to the exploration part of the game- maybe have a town that we can explore and visit different shops, and then the wilderness beyond where those combat encounters occur (a bit like Quest for Glory). Anyway looking good- will be keeping my eye on this one :)/>

I am trying to add a map system soon, once you release your rpg code, I want to look at it and see how you do all the graphics and such. Also just now added classes at start!

Fixed a few bugs, added random damage, critical hits :D/>, changed a random event, also made shops easier to find. Perhaps too easy.

Tested the game without anychanges on a Advanced Monitor, built for regular computers and my programming still holds itself ! :D/>

I fixed it for my personal version. I have made my own version with a 'Adventurer' class, a debugging feature (unfinished), forests (not quite done), bug fixes and, soon to come: renaming weapons at shops (1 gold per letter), day/night cycle, zombies (can't be fought at day), etc.
Get it at pastebin get gTrzagEp .
If you want I could become a co-dev for this program.

OK, my personal version's day/night cycle code is in place… it's just the:
text("It is now night! Watch out!")
and
text("It's daytime again, phew!")
don't seem to show up…
The way day/night works is:
Battles wont engage until it has been night at least once (mobs only spawn at night)
With zombies (unimplemented) it must currently be night to battle (they burn in the day)
Shops are closed at night
Battles are more likely when it is night
Day 2 and all onward days are the same as the game is currently (Not day 1 because no mobs have spawned yet (except in caves))
