Most likely Sortron.
Maybe he thinks Manager and such too. But really if anything was added it could only be the Sortron. But the OP is VERY bare and lacking of any detail.

Cloudy said something along these lines before:
"Naw, it wouldn't be nice to tread on Eloraam's toes. She's graciously allowed us to use her bundled cables, it wouldn't be nice to interact with her peripherals, too."

Ribbon cable interaction forbidden by Eloraam.
RP2 tubes API was not released, so no interaction with Manager/Retriever/push_to_Tube/color_tags.
Bluetricity API was not released, so no interaction with it too.
