What is meant by "No player identification"?

Hi,
i read the thread about what not to suggest in the suggestions forum and i was wondering what exactliy "No player identification" means?

It basically means that a computer or turtle can't know who you are or anything about you.

Ok, i was not sure about its meaning as i wanted to ask if the implementation of turtle.dig() in the fakeplayer to protect regions (bukkit) from being destroyed by them.
I am German maybe this would have been clear for people with English as their mothertongue.

Or just someone who speaks english better ~ No offense, just saying that you don't need english to be your native language to understand stuff

I know that you do not need English to be your native language to understand such stuff. But it might be advantageous.
The post above wasn´t really well-considered.
