[Help wanted] redware v 1.0

Ok everyone… I'm about to start on an os that I thought would be better with other people involved. So, I decided to post jobs here. You must have ts3. If someone has a cc server we can use that would be great.

Constructive Criticism:

1. Don't call something you aren't willing to pay for a 'job' (see my previous edit for a link)
2. Add more details to the OP, the more you have there the more likely that someone might join
3. Maybe add some examples of what you have made before, not everyone likes going in and joining someone who they have no idea about the skills of the person they are joining
4. Fail all that, apply to one of the other development groups on these forums to join their group (be aware, its probably not going to be an easy application) and then once you find one, pitch your idea to them
5. Start doing a little development on your own, so you can show people what you have got so far and what they would be joining
6. Don't bit*h and moan when people actually do give you constructive criticism

Yeh i think thats pretty much it for now.
