How can I make a new save directory?

I have 
n = createNewSaveDir( "computer/java" );
but I don't know where to put that. I tried putting it in attach(IComputerAccess icomputeraccess, String s) but I get a error

Use fs.makeDir(path) to create a new directory :unsure:/>/>

Wrong answer. This is Java, not Lua.
