[1.31] Piston/Turtle Glitch

ComputerCraft Version Information: 1.31 Client / 1.31 Server

Description of Bug:
When making a turtle dig a moving piston, the piston glitches and parts of it dissapear
Steps to Reproduce Bug:
1) On lua(turtle), type while true do turtle.dig() end
2) Place a redstone torch in a hole infront of the turtle
3) Place a piston ontop of the redstone torch
