I also reccommend a public transportation system, and making it computer controlled. i.e. public utilities.
Have you strung the communications cables yet? if not I reccommend miscperipherals lan cables (they work over unloaded chunks).
I suggest computer-automated farming, or something to save your time (CSA agriculture model?)

nope waiting for next cc update for the office cables

we are still planing what places to make so it could take some time.
could you nice people recmend me some buildens for towns please in a mcedit format
