Well, you might get more volunteers if:

You post a description of what you intend to accomplish
A list of roles required from different people
Possible way to connect to each other outside of the CC forums such as Teamspeak or Skype

Just a few suggestions.

I'll join but if we want anyone to get it, we gotta update from the firefox program (Old as crap) to firewolf (It's the newer version of firefox), and then we can do other stuff.
