Forum Time Out Of Sync?

Is it just me or is the forum time about 4 minutes behind the actual time? For example on the MySetting page where you choose your time zone it says:
'The time (including your current adjustment) is: 02 March 2013 - 03:41 PM'
However, the time is actually 3:45 PM, and yes I did refresh multiple times.

I have checked multiple sites so it's not my computers time that is wrong. Really, it doesn't matter, just thought I'd see if this is just some weird problem with my time zone setting as it has a half out difference in it. (I'm in the GMT +9:30 Adelaide, Darwin timezone)

It used to be off by several hours for most of the users, as the time zone settings wouldn't change. Four minutes is hardly significant, especially since if it is off, it's off by that amount for everyone.
