I tried to type ok into the shell and it turned into: okkokko?
I tried to type ls to see if there was anyother files in the computer. ( I just made the computer ) and it said: llssllss it also return the version as CraftOSCraftOS 1.51.5 (When I booted the computer)

You probably overwrote print or write.

Well, if you just created the computer, then probably someone made changes to the bios or rom/startup that makes it write things twice.
Try using a new ComputerCraft zip without changes, it should work.

I hadnt changed anything. I just delete the mod then reinstalled it. Same problem.

And you're not playing on a server?
If you're playing on a server then the files you have installed in the ROM don't matter - it goes by what's on the server.

Considering no one else has this problem, I'm inclined to believe it is something you or a server has done.

I'm not on a server. I have deleted all the files twice, have the latest forge and java versions. Same bug. Ccemu even spits it. Im not dumb

Well I assure you I doubt it's a bug in our code. Where did you download CC from? Do you get the same result on a server? What is your JVM? What is your OS?

If ccemu has the same problem it's most likely a problem with your java.
