[Forum Idea] OS Section?

So I've found there are an awful lot of OS'es, and there should be a forum section for it. We could move them all in there. Any OS not in there could get deleted, and there should be limited number of topics per person. There should have to be an application or something. Ex:

OS Name:
Features:
Things others don't have:
Credits to:
Other Stuff:

Suggestion has been previously denied; I see no reason that this shouldn't be denied as well.

Closed for the same reasons as all the previous threads. (Not practical, etc).
