it keeps scaling images down for example:
making it look blurry

Inside a post it will be scaled down to fit the user's screens properly. You can always click the image if it's a Forum Attachment to get the full image, but the scaling is a deliberate anti-board-widening setting.

i tried it on a screen much bigger than mine and it still scaled it

I dunno, I see the pixelation from your minecraft resolution more than any blur… no problems here
