fs.getItemID() and fs.dispenseItem("id")

There should be a new block that dispenses items and there should be commands called fs.getItemId() and fs.sispense("id") they get a item id and then with a command can dispense it out like a item sorter. It will be cool and efficient If used right it can be used for a bank or even a item dispenser that will give you a item and if you type in a quantity you will get x amount of that item. It will be awesome and to use this right we can use a peripheral wrap to, to use the ccdispencer.
