[1.52/1.6]redpower intergration

i would "LOVE" to see more redpower intergration for example with the data cables
but the main intergration would be microblocks.
all the not "blocky" blocks like modems and cables could be covered up. that will look much better
i know this will require a rewrite of some blocks and what happens when users haven't got rp installed.

It's been suggested before, and denied many times.

Eloraam is very protective of her code - the integration we have right now is the limit of what we can use.
