I don't know if i'm the only one, but when doing a short command over rednet, it works, but when i then did a longer command over rednet, it didn't work.
I even tested the longer command, sending it closer to the other computer, and then it worked…
anybody else seen/felt this occur ?

What do you mean with longer command?
The modems range is always the same (except during storms), you can't change it on a program.

I think he means something like sending a short string "blah" is ok but sending a long string "blahblahblahblahblabityblabityblah" won't work. Not sure though.

I’ve successfully sent a single ten megabyte long string over wireless rednet. Is this using bundled cable? Be aware that bundled cable is quite slow, so if you were trying to send a long message, maybe you didn’t wait long enough.
