Looking for a program

Hi i recently failed in creating my enderchest mining program.
Does anyone know of any program that can create a mining tunnel that uses enderchests and places torches? if so could you please provide a link

i think i can create one for you. but you need to define "mining tunnel".
like a stripmin or just a straight tunnel with variable length, width and height?
and where would you like to have the torches?

some more detail and i script it in like 1-3 days. depends on complexity
