Placing a turtle causes the server to crash.

Whenever a player places a turtle in the world, the server crashes, the full crash report can be seen here:

The server is using an un-edited version of the FTB Ultimate modpack.

The server is running TickThreading, but this is irrelevant as the crash happens whether TickThreading is installed or not.
