Just wondering why topics with new replays shows 2 buckets at the left side?

It a bit not fit into the design. Such topics highlighted with blue color so I think no need to draw 2 buckets for them to show that there are new replays.

I think you mean replies. Not replays.
This is part of the IP.Board software, and I don't see a reason to change it.
