Since using monitors as normal computers is quite difficult since you cannot see the monitor while in the computer, you would have to use a keyboard. The keyboard is a slab block you have to place on a table When right-clicked, you will be in the typing mode. A GUI will be shown the the bottom of your screen which has some options. One option is the ID of the computer to send what you type into. The GUI will also show the current keyboard's id. When you are typing in a keyboard, you can still aim using the mouse and you have to press Ctrl or Alt or anything to access the GUI. In the computer, you can use rednet.receive to receive data from the keyboard. The keyboard can also work as a peripheral if placed next to a computer.
