Tap - Turtle checking if the sticky resign grew or not !

I guess, it should be implemented into tap turtles that they can check if there is sticky resign or not, i don't know, if this is possible, but if, please implement it. :)/>

Would be awesome if it would be like turtle.checkTree() or sth.

Tap turtles are part of MiscPeripherals, not the original mod.
