Are we trying to remove re-direct pages?

Hey there,

I've noticed Lochie removing redirect pages, but before I could ask him he had to go to bed. So my question is are we trying to remove redirect pages and instead of making them, we edit the articles leading to the dead-links?

We are and have for a while been trying to get rid of all of the redirect pages.

Some redirect pages are unavoidable and needed - for example, 'Color (API)' -> 'Colour (API)' is one we can't remove.

Most others have been removed and so avoiding creating them is the priority.

There are no pages for some of them, and will most likely never be.
