I think LAN cabling should be implemented because it can allow users to make private computer networks with a special kind of modem required. Same with WLAN modems, only to use them the user should put in the computer id they want to link it to.

Install redpower and write a serial communication api.
You have 8bit per direction, that should be sufficient. :D/>
