Server control inside the game?

I was on some random Server with ComputerCraft on it, the owner was a very good Lua Programmer. he said he had developed a server console from inside the game with working commands like ban,stop,kick ect. and shows on the screen when someone talks, like a console running off your real pc. Is this true? can you create one of these from the game, i would like to know your thoughts.

Nah I'd be more inclined to say its that Immibis thing that Shnupbups used to make CCCC.

Yeah I would just think he would have put the server on a webserver, make the computer constantly read off the server.logs and commands through command blocks.

Or it could have been done through pure PHP.
