Lua OS loading bug

On my server whenever I place a computer or turtle the lua os doesn't load, trying ctrl+t doesn't work, restarting the server doesn't work, anyone have any ideas?

By Lua OS you essentially mean it's not turning on CraftOS?

I would recommend reinstalling ComputerCraft. It appears that your rom is corrupt.
