First:A scanner.Ability to scan paper/books/items is cool.
Second:Keyboard/Mouse/Trackpad or anything to control the computer as a block.
Third:A little button item where you right click and the paired computer with a wireless modem will pull up an event on the computer(Good For Office Suites)

First: been suggested to death. there is already a peripheral for it
Second: also been suggested to death and declined, see 'Third' for reason
Third: This could be filled by PDAs
