Why Lock instead of moving to general

No point. Because then people will do this

(hope you understand what I am getting at here) or just not put it in the title, instead just in the content… there is no way to effectively search and stop it…

Also what happens if a person enters the words

• SWIPE
• WIPE
• WIPEOUT

as you can see, those words have 'wip' in them, so what about those topics, they would get locked too.
