Any one has archived a program to make that?

For some reason I feel you'll take it, change two words and call it your own.

My blind skepticism aside, I've seen a lot of people say it's possible but I don't think anyone's actually done it for real. Perhaps I just haven't browsed hard enough.

People have done it, yes. The turtle mines into the Earth and collects resources. You would need an expansive network of utilities refining the resources into something the turtle can craft. Put the pieces together and you get a new turtle. There is no easy way to do this, it requires much more than you think to achieve this. I suggest you make the script yourself using GPS to define locations where the turtle can drop off its resources to be refined and a crafting location where the materials come together.
