[FTB] Automatic Tree Farm (No Bonemeal)

Here's a modification of my previous tree farm design. It's a diamondless system that is 100% automatic. It fuels itself and collects saplings from the decaying trees.

Nice.
Is it doing what I think it's doing and comparing wood in its inventory to the block in front/above it?
If so, it's got a horrible bug.
