I suggest making some kind of turtle built-in disk/cartridge drive, so I could just place it' insert a program and run it, without having to carry a disk drive.
Secondly, turtle batteries, allowing to transfer unused power between turtles.
Last, but not least, ability to strafe and put blocks on side of turtle, not only forward/top/down.

1.i don`t think this needs to be added, you can just place a disk drive.

Carrying a drive is unpractical, too much spot is taken: fuel, turtle, drive, disk drive.
I need to save energy quite often, I actually wasted about 640 coal this way.
By strafe I mean, like, turtle.left() to go left without turning, turtle.placeLeft() to place block on the left of the turtle, etc.

1.You need drive only when transferring files. Not too often. Practical enough.
2.Label your Turtle. It will save it's energy level and files too.
3.Turtles was designed not to do it. Even side/back detection rejected.

I actually do wish you could just add disk drive abilities to the turtle, Like if you just added them both in a crafting bench and it just added a disk drive. Maybe we could use it for interfacing with. Or making copies of code idk XD
