Can i make a link to a diffrent part of a topic? At a same post, in a "header"
It would be really helpful for TOC (Table Of Contents) in a thread

I don't believe you can link to a specific part of a post without HTML privileges. You can, of course, link to specific posts in a topic.

The way that it scrolls down a page is with ID tags for certain elements. For example, I can have a HTML div tag with the ID of 'helloworld' then I would need an a element with the href pointing to website.tld/page#helloworld to point to it. But alas, you can't use HTML on this forums. You can however, point to different posts on the same thread.

[anchor='AnchorExample']You can use anchors.
It's one of the BBCodes available to us.
In my example here, I have used
[anchor='AnchorExample']
This will add the ability for us to link to here.
What you need to do is post a link with the url of the topic, in this case http://www.computercraft.info/forums2/index.php?/topic/12803-question/ , followed by #<anchorName>
You can take a look at an example posted by Advert a long time ago here.

Edit: Okay, so i'm working on it…. I haven't quite got it figured out.

Edit 2: This should work now.
I should really learn more BBCode…

Well, I was able to get it working. The first time I tried, I forgot the '#'

You have to make an anchor first. After you have done that just add #anchorName to the end of the URL of the link.

Right. You need to create an anchor first. You can do so using the Special BBCode button in the editor next to the Remove Formatting button.

I created a anchor, it works with url/#anchor but it's not shown there

Not sure what you mean. Example? Or you can point me to your post, and I can take a look at what formatting you've added and perhaps give suggestions.

I looked at your topic, and everything looks correct. What are you trying to do, and what is not working? Not sure what you mean by 'it's not shown there'

I posted the screenshot:
It says "No anchors avaivable in the document"
it works with a link of the thread with #anchor at the end

That's how it's supposed to work. Unfortunately IP.Board is kinda derpy with these things. You can use an alternate method, by using the Special BBCode button, and it *might* find it, but no guarantees.
