Cloudy needs funds in order to get to America to try and claim custody of his daughter (and he has been summoned to court). He requires funds for food, accommodation and legal fees. The court case is 17th June 2013 – he does not have much time to arrange things in the United States."

It's really sad that things like this happen. I have sadly not very much money, so I can't donate to him. I really wish good luck to him and his daughter and I hope that some other people donate enough money to save her.

Why I need it:My daughter has reportedly been sexually abused and has been neglected by her mother. On one occasion she was left with a registered sex offender to look after her, and my wife’s current boyfriend reportedly abused a 6 year old when he was in his teens.

Small suggestion, maybe allow people to donate using bitcoins? (which then you could covert into GBP/USD) Although I can't donate anything D: I just wish you good luck and hope all of this is cleared out and resolved.

While the thought is nice, Cloudy does need liquid assets right now, not potentially salable goods.

I can donate a bunch of laptop harddrives and some not working DRR3 mem for laptops.
But i think they wont help much.

I have passed this on to a few people. Hopefully someone can help.
I just sent his blog to a lot of groups in facebook.
OK, the replies I am getting back is this : "Get in touch with Child Protective Services in Middletown and they will help you get your daughter back." as well as "Get ahold of a Lawyer in Middletown" and another one said "he can have an attorney represent him in court by proxy."
EDIT UPDATE : I found this link –
http://www.ci.middletown.oh.us/Check out GOVERNMENT and there is a section on LAW. You should be able to find help. Also, do not forget, contact Child Protection Services ( CPS ) in that area.

Another person just told me this..
"What he needs to do is go to the UK and claim (Rightfully) that his child was abused in America and she's a UK citizen. THAT will move things."
I also contacted BBC Radio. Who knows what will come of this.

I have been saving a bunch for my new computer build, and have 50$ in cash right now. I'll swing by a store tomorrow if possible and get a visa gift card or whatever. Good luck man. The money is much better used towards a cause that can change someone's life forever.
