Offtopic subforum

I think it would be nice to have a sub-forum for Offtopic stuff like other programming languages, other games and anything else which isn't related to computercraft. It's there in many other forums and there are a lot of topics that are in no way computercraft related in the general forums. I know the general forum is meant to be the place to post such stuff, but I would like to have all the things that aren't related to computercraft in a new subforum.
