Before locking this topic read it.
My laptop is in mobile wiew right now and when I change it to desktop version, it goes to desktop version on my phone and vice verca. So if I have it in mobile on my phone, it's mobile on my computer, desktop on computer, desktop on my phone.
Why is this and how do I fix it?

You're probably syncing the cookies from your phone and your desktop. If you shut that off it should work fine.

How is that even possible?I mean, it's two completely different devices with different browsers!

There are some browsers that can do that. If the browser you're using isn't I don't know what's causing the problem.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I'm using the default browser.
On my computer I'm using Google Chrome

When I log out on my computer it is working fine, but when I'm logging in, it switches to the mobile theme

I think the forum saves the view for each user. If you are with your mobile in the mobile view, the forum saves the mobile view for your account and vice versa.

I habe mobile view on my phone and normal view on my desktop so that can't be.

It's happened to me before. I rarely use the mobile version, so I always keep it in desktop version, even on my phone. It is well known that there are bugs with mobile on these forums. If you had bothered to read the sticky, you would know this.
My phone or mobile device (or desktop) is stuck in Mobile View!
There isn't any real fix for this issue, as it's still not understood why the option to switch back is not shown. If on a mobile device, there should be a "Switch Theme" option present, and/or a "Full Site". Sometimes, in Android, checking the "Request Desktop Site" option works. A fix is being worked on, but so far there is no known solution. Clearing cookies may help, but this is also not guaranteed. (Note: there's probably a way of manipulating all browsers into getting the desktop version of the site. I'm still digging.)
