Error with CC 1.5.3

Title: Error with CC 1.5.3

When i play, the game crash with the Report - you find this under this words. But i have no plan why the Game crash anytime… I use Forge 7.8.0.16 and Optifine HD U D3 and many Mods. I love this mod and i hope that anywhere can me help.
