Any direct, permanent links to the CC download?

I'm making a batch mod downloader and installer (this), and I'm going to add an installer module for this mod, but I can't find a direct, permanent link to download CC. Are there any permalinks, or can anyone make one? The permalink must always point to the latest release ZIP file. Thanks!

What good would uploading the same version of the file in another place be? I just want an easy way to retrieve the latest version of a mod.
