Hello there,

First I want to say that I know this is not the best place to ask such things. But since I really like this community, I thought why not.
So, I installed Wise Registry Cleaner and defragged there and had to restart. So I did that and the following appears:

My blue selection box is gone! Since I like visibility, I would like the original back. But I have no clue where to start searching, google isnt that much of a helper right now. (Yes, I googled already).

Hopefully someone knows the solution,

Thanks in advance,

Engineer

I have the exact same issue, but i'm on Windows 8. Installing Advanced System Care made mine like that.

Edit: I finally found a fix! http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1908-visual-effects-settings-change.html
