[1.3][SMP and SSP] turtle.place() Problem with pistons

when I put the piston ( turtle.place() ), something goes wrong (as the piston is oriented to the position where you put it). What happens is that the piston is pointing in all directions and y can't use it

I just ran across this bug here is a picture. the cause is Meta data in the bock is set to 0000 when it should be set to one of the other combinations representing direction. tested on CC[1.33]
