Here is an even better one:
Seed = big crater
Medium sized island with 3 dungeons beneath. Island contains a single tree. You spawn on the island. There is no land (For 30,000 blocks, except the odd small Island) as the island is placed in an ocean biome.

Technically it's not a survival island seed if you don't spawn there, it's just an island you found.
