The time, according to the server running the wiki (and how it's completely wrong)

Server time: 16:27
Local time (America/Regina) 10:27
CORRECT local time 15:27

Seems legit.

I've adjusted it for guests, but I can't coerce MediaWiki to offset user times. MediaWiki doesn't actually register the timezone settings properly and I'm fairly sure the server clock is really wrong.

You'll need to set your timezone preferences manually - you may need to add +05:00h to your local timezone to get the correct date & time. This may not work for values > 14:00h and < -14:00h.
