I'm new to this forums but I would like to post/share some of my programs, where can I do this?
And is there a way to check if a certain program is already on a computer (to prevent deleting existing once)?

Once you have posted enough replies to topics, you are able to create your own topic. General programs go in the Programs section, an OS goes in the OS section, and turtle scripts go in the Turtle Programs section. If you also have an API you wrote, you can post in the APIs and Utilities section.
I suggest using an online code hosting service, such as pastebin.com. They can host your code for you, and allow you to link them to others ont he forums to share.
