it would be nice if CC did have a program where you could download the most popular programs on the forum. that would make it easy for the none programmers out there to use this mod.

Already done. It's called "pastebin get [name]".

I don't believe that anything more is necessary for default ComputerCraft. Perhaps this would be good as a third-party program (CC-Get comes to mind).

Edit: Also, look about 3 topics down from your own topic: "A built in-in package manager". Essentially it is the same suggestion. You should always, always, always search when posting a new suggesting, and it is quite clear that you have not done so.
