Why Can I Set Myself An Avatar ?

Hi,
Small question :
Why when I try to set up an avatar to my profile I get this error:
Failed to set a new photo.

is it because my rank is too low ?

I hade the same problem. So I switched to Gravatar and now I have a avatar.

I should think that your permissions are screwed up, or your rank is too low. Wait for a mod to read this.

Ok Thank's I will wait.
And for gravatar I get the default Gravatar picture.
