Greetings, translators! If you're one of the many people who have been gnawing at my ankles the last few months about translations, here's an updated status on the translation setup process.
I've decided it's easiest for us to use the
Extension:Translate extension for MediaWiki, over physically altering MediaWiki - a messy and potentially-catastrophic task. To do this, I need to update the ComputerCraft Wiki to MediaWiki 1.19 - the LTS version that best suits our installation so far. I still haven't run these details past Dan, so I do have to wait on his approval.
If this isn't the preferred option, translation can probably occur inside namespaces, but editors and reviewers will need to be extremely careful when editing and tweaking pages; this will also mean dealing with a potentially tangled-mess (this is how the Minecraft Wiki does it).
If you want to help translate the Wiki into <your language here>,
don't start yet; you can post your expression of interest below. Please only opt to translate the wiki if you are
fluent in the language you are translating into - use of tools such as Google Translate is
not acceptable.

respective thread.
