[1.33][SSP] missing Floppy Disk Recipe

the Floppy Disk Receipe is missing
I am currently using Craft Guide and Too Many Items and the Florry Disk Receipe is not in either of them, Also, when I try to make the Receipe it does nothing.

steps to reproduce bug: get fresh copy of MineCraft 1.2.5 then install ComputerCraft 1.33. play the game and try to make the floppy disk.

Redstone dust in top left corner and paper underneath it? It works fine here.
