This lets you chat over IRC in computercraft. You can connect to an IRC channel, show it on screen and send messages to it. The catch? You need to run a small program on your real computer that bridges IRC to HTTP. On the bright side you don't need to mod minecraft in any way, so you can use it on any cc server as long as it has the HTTP API enabled.
