Add A Sync Api Into Computercraft.

My idea is to add a new API into ComputerCraft that lets you sync your monitors.

If you wanted to see what it'll look like, use MysticT's awesome Sync API.

If you use it, it's like the already-existing term.redirect but it lets you put the same image on 2 screens at the same time.

This would probably be better if submitted as a treasure disk entry.

Or you wrote it yourself, it isn't difficult.
