Did you unzip ComputerCraft, name the folder ComputerCraft then drag it into your mods folder? Or did you just put the ZIP in it?

There's the problem, you don't have to put it into the jar. Unzip it and place it in the mods folder, that should fix it.

In your %APPDATE%/.minecraft folder there is be a file called modloader.txt, it should contain the error message.

Again, install RedPower and ComputerCraft in the MODS folder.
RedPower still needs to be in a zip format, ComputerCraft needs to be a folder.
Ohhhhhh, and don't install ModLoaderMP with Forge!

Try using mcpatcher to apply modloader/forge/redpower in that order and place CC in your mods folder, I've seen that work for some people.

All you have to do is extract computercraft.zip into the %appdata%.minecraftmods folder.
