What Library Is Cc Using For Lua ?

OK, I tried to find this answer.. but I keep getting a lot of different directions with no solid answer.

If I was to write something in Java, what Lua library would I be using in my Java program so that I can use Lua in my game / program ?

I know both languages, but never combined them. CC is the first chance I have had to play with this idea. And i'm not seeing the library included in the JAR file, unless it is there and I am just not seeing it.
