Pastebin In Countries Like Turkey

I am on holiday in turkey and am wondering why I cannot get onto pastebin, it says cannot connect to server, I found this when I clicked links in ask a pro and my own program, but was confused at why this didn't work, so I went on www.pastebin.com and that didn't work either, is it just my iPad or does pastebin not work in this country? Any help is much appreciated :)/> Thanks in advance.

Two words: Internet Censorship. It is common in lots of countries. Pretty sure China has blocked pastebin.com too.

I literally just Googled this. Try using Google more often.
