[C#] Image Converter

Hey guys, this is a simple image converter that allows you to open a image, add some effects, and then save it as a different format! This took me about a day to complete.
Effects:
Grayscale
Blur
Invert
"Emboss" <== Look at the quotations, it's kind of an emboss.
Gamma
Contrast
Brightness
Download:

Shouldn't this be in the "Media" section? Mods, correct me if im wrong.
